We strive to meet all agreed timelines; however, construction timelines are subject to change due to weather, permitting, supply chain issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays beyond our control but will communicate updates promptly.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information during the planning and permitting process.
- Secure necessary property rights, zoning approvals, and permits unless otherwise agreed.
- Grant timely access to the construction site.
- Comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, plans, renderings, and other materials created by GLOWINGCLOUDSDRIFTING remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the delivered materials for personal use only.
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
We provide warranties on workmanship and materials as outlined in your Project Agreement. Except as expressly stated, we make no other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GLOWINGCLOUDSDRIFTING shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our Services.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our Services if you violate these Terms or fail to comply with your obligations under any Project Agreement. You may also terminate your engagement with us, subject to any applicable termination terms in your specific project contract.
